How to contact the Patient Experience Team
Please only contact our Patient Experience Team if your enquiry relates to:
- A concern, complaint or compliment about NHS care or services
- Your experience of a GP, hospital, or other NHS service
- Feedback about treatment, waiting times, or communication
- Raising an issue that you would like investigated
We aim to respond to all enquiries within five working days. However, we are currently experiencing higher levels of demand than usual and responses may take a little longer.

NHS Essex is not a healthcare provider and does not hold or have access to individual GP or clinical records
To discuss your medical records, test results, treatment or appointments, you will need to contact the organisation that provided your care directly (for example, your GP practice or hospital).
