Everyone deserves to be supported to live independently, no matter their age or health condition. In Thurrock, two courses – the Strength and Balance Programme and Exercise on Referral – are part of our Stronger for Longer campaign, helping residents stay active, confident and connected.
Delivered in partnership with Impulse Leisure and Thurrock Council, two free physical activity programmes are available to support residents who want to improve their strength, balance and overall wellbeing.
Whether you’ve had a fall, feel unsteady, or are managing a long-term health condition, these courses are designed to help you live well – not just exercise.
