A qualified and accomplished finance professional, Dawn has more than 27 years’ experience operating at senior and board level across large, multi-site NHS organisations. She has held Director and Deputy Chief Executive roles, where she has led significant programmes of transformation, financial improvement and organisational development.
Prior to joining Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, Dawn played a key role in supporting the successful merger of Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals, forming East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. This experience further strengthened her expertise in system working and large-scale change.
