NHS Essex Integrated Care Board holds Board meetings in public so residents, partners, and stakeholders can see how we make decisions about NHS services across Essex. When you attend an ICB Board meeting in Essex, you can observe discussions, understand local priorities, and see how we use public resources to improve health and care.
You must register in advance if you wish to attend in person. Visit the individual event page in our events calendar to complete the registration form. Alternatively, you can watch the ICB Board meeting Essex livestream on our YouTube channel if you prefer to join online.
You can find upcoming meeting dates, locations, and papers in our events calendar.
How to attend an ICB Board meeting in Essex
The Chair leads each Board meeting, and Board members review, discuss, and make decisions on NHS services in Essex. Members of the public may attend and observe, subject to available space.
To attend, complete the registration form on the relevant event page. This process helps us manage attendance and share important information before the meeting.
The Board meets in public to conduct its formal business. Members of the public observe the meeting but do not take part in Board discussions.
We publish meeting papers and minutes on our website so you can review decisions and discussions at any time.

Send your question at least three working days before the meeting.
You can submit your question by:

The Chair may limit the number of questions to ensure the meeting runs effectively.
Please do not submit questions about personal health matters. Instead, contact the appropriate NHS service for support.
