Meeting of the NHS Essex Integrated Care Board (held in public)

This meeting of the NHS Essex Integrated Care Board is held in public. This means members of the public are welcome to attend and observe proceedings. However, it is not a ‘public meeting’, and attendees are not able to contribute or ask questions during the meeting itself.

Venue

This meeting will be held at Moot Hall, Town Hall, High Street, Colchester, CO1 1PJ. It is located on the High Street in the town centre, with good local bus links and within walking distance of Colchester North and Colchester Town Stations.

Colchester Town Hall

The Town Hall is located on High Street in the town centre, with great local bus links and within walking distance of Colchester North and Colchester Town Station.

Cycling

There are plenty of bike stands in the town centre, with some a short walk away on High Street. You can download the Colchester Cycle Map from the Cycle Colchester website.

Buses

The 88, S2 and Park and Ride buses stop outside Colchester Town Hall. The Town Centre is well served by most buses, stopping within a 5 minute walk of the Town Hall.

The Park & Ride is at Junction 28 of the A12, and is a quick 15 minute bus journey to the town centre.

Parking
Parking is available at St Marys Car Park, CO3 3AA. Disabled parking is available at the Town Hall upon request by calling 01206 506905.

Submitting a question

Members of the public may submit one question each, provided it relates directly to items on the Board agenda.

Questions must be submitted in writing at least three working days before the meeting. They can be sent by post to:

Alternatively, questions can be emailed to [email protected].

Where possible, responses will be provided during the meeting and recorded in the official minutes. If this is not possible, or if a question is received less than three working days before the meeting, a written response will be sent to the individual as soon as possible after the meeting.

Due to time constraints, the number of questions addressed during the meeting will be determined at the Chair’s discretion.
