We collect and review information about our workforce to understand who works for the Workforce data
We collect and review NHS Essex workforce data to understand who works for us and how our workforce changes over time. This includes information about protected characteristics such as age, ethnicity, disability and gender.
Monitoring this information helps us promote equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging and ensure our workplace is fair and supportive.
