Rex Smith is a Non-Executive Member and Chair of the ICB’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
Rex was Director of Finance at Anglia Ruskin University for 25 years. Before this, he worked at the University of London for 10 years.
He has also worked in the NHS and for organisations including Marconi, Debenhams and Ford. Rex is a qualified accountant with extensive experience in finance and audit across the public and private sectors.
He is also a Governor of Gosfield School.
